Sawroom Associate Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7am – 3:30pm Facility location: Charlestown, NH

Details:
Duties & Responsibilities:

Set up (calibration, cleaning etc.) and operation of our CNC horizontal bandsaw Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed) as needed Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools Test operation of machines periodically Perform routine raw material audits to ensure production needs are met Fix issues that might occur during the shift Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws Install Heli-coil thread locking systems into our final product Keep records of approved and defective units or final products Maintain activity logs Ability to Read Blueprints, Schematics and Manuals Knowledge of Production Procedures Understands and adheres to the company quality standards.

Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards.
Attend scheduled EH&S training program.

Recommend improved EH&S practices.
Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and third parties. This ability to communicate requires the employee to be conversant in English as the majority of our workforce and the third parties that we encounter only speak English.
