At Devine Hydraulics, Inc, we take pride in providing exceptionalhydraulic parts and repairs to our customers. As a Welder, you’llplay a vital role in our production process. You’ll be responsiblefor creating and assembling metal components, structures andequipment using a variety of tools and techniques.
KeyResponsibilities:
Following blueprints and measurements to planyour work. Choosing the right welding method and equipment for thejob. Preparing and aligning metal components for welding. Usingvarious welding techniques to join metals securely and precisely(including TIG, MIG, brazing and carbon arc cutting). Repairingdamaged machinery or components using welding techniques.
Inspecting welds to ensure quality and identify any defects.
Maintaining your work area and equipment to a high standard. The Person Highschool diploma or equivalent; vocational training or anapprenticeship is preferred. Proven experience as a Welder.
Proficient in TIG weld, MIG weld, brazing, carbon arc cutting (airarc), and grinding. Familiar with various metals and theirproperties. Strong analytical abilities and good mathematicalskills.
