CNC Lathe Full Job Description General Requirements:

We are an ornamental and architectural metal workshop and seeking skilled Metalworking Craftsmen to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in metalworking and fabrication processes, with knowledge of materials, hand tools, metalworking machinery and metal finishes, knowledge of metric and imperial systems and read technical drawing in both systems, work independently and as part of a team. This role requires precision, attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

Technical skills:

Using metalworking hand tools (traditional and modern) and milling machines. Welding knowledge, TIG and MIG welding different metals.

Advantage:

Experience in using lathe, run and program CNC machines.

Metal finishing knowledge:

Experience in, or willing to learn to create protective and decorative finishes on different metals. Texturing, acid etching, patina finishes on bronzes, brasses. Steel blueing and blackening.

Applied knowledge:

Shop fabrication and installations.

Advantage:
