We are seeking adynamic and dedicated Permanent TIG Welder to join our team. Thisposition is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced,high-energy environment in the manufacturing industry, where yourskills and expertise in fabrication will be put to the test. As aTIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-qualitywelds in accordance with specified standards and procedures. Theideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in asimilar role, possessing a deep understanding of weldingtechniques, equipment, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

1.Reading and interpreting blueprints and sketches to understand jobspecifications. 2. Using TIG welding techniques to assemble andfabricate metal parts. 3. Inspecting and testing welded surfacesand structures to discover flaws. 4. Setting up, operating, andmaintaining welding equipment. 5. Determining the appropriatewelding equipment or method based on requirements. 6. Assessingequipment, structures, materials, and job specifications forappropriate welding positions and methods. 7. Monitoring thefitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating ofparts or warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of materials.8. Ensuring compliance with established health and safetyprotocols. 9. Maintaining equipment in a condition that does notcompromise safety. 10. Working in collaboration with the team tomeet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

1. HighSchool Diploma or equivalent. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experienceas a TIG Welder in the manufacturing industry. 3. Proven experiencein using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers, etc.)4. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.5. Professional Certification in welding (e.g., AWS CertifiedWelder) will be a plus. 6. Knowledge of relative safety standardsand willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves,etc.) 7. Deftness and attention to detail. 8. Proficient inEnglish. 9. Successful completion of a relevant apprenticeshipprogram is required. 10. Strong problem-solving skills and theability to work under pressure. 11. Excellent hand-eye coordinationand physical stamina.
