Hours & Pay Pay:

$23.00 – $25.00/hour (based on experience)

1st

Shift:

Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd

Shift:

Monday afternoon-Friday morning | 3:30 PM – 2:00

AM Employment Type:

Direct Hire Your Responsibilities Perform high-quality FCAW and GMAW welds, including stainless steel when applicable
Operate cranes, forklifts, and material handling equipment
Follow all OSHA, PPE, and safety standards while maintaining a clean work area
Complete documentation for dimensional checks, job travelers, and weld IDs
Read blueprints and adhere to company and customer specifications
Assist with general labor, production needs, and team assignments as needed

Requirements & Qualifications High School diploma or GED required; trade school certification preferred
3-5 years of industrial welding experience
Must pass weld tests:

FCAW 3G CS

(open root, vertical up) and

GMAW 3G CS

(open root, vertical down)
Proficient in blueprint reading and basic measuring tools
Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long durations, and work in varying environments
