The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various welding techniques and the ability to work with different materials. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This position is a Daylight opportunity, Monday – Thursday with optional OT Friday – Saturday! Responsibilities Perform welding tasks using Flux-Cored Arc Welding and MIG Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications for welding projects. Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks. Use precision tools such as micrometers for accurate measurements. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality production standards are met. Qualifications Proven experience in welding, particularly with FCAW techniques. Familiarity with basic math concepts for precise measurements. Experience using micrometers and other measuring tools is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
