We are currently hiring for our 2nd shift Pipe Welders! Come join a great team! Apply now!
What you will do:
Complete welding and assembly of complex standard products. Will train on 1st shift (6a-2p) and move to 2nd shift (2p-10p) in approximately 6 months after training is completed. Starting rate is $30.99/hour plus an additional $1.50/hour shift premium when moved to 2nd shift.
How you will do it:
Performs structural carbon, galvanized and stainless-steel welding Performs plasma and oxygen cutting Able to weld, layout, cut and fit parts to meet drawing tolerances Regulate current, voltage and select proper tips, rods and sizes for various types of welding according to individual job requirements Manipulate electrode in proper sequence and use care to lay smooth and even bead of required width. (Avoid undercutting of metal) Use hand or power tools to clean equipment after welding Complete assembly of complex standard products where procedures and methods are prescribed, involving tubing layout and application to package, bending or sawing pipe as needed
Required Qualification:
High School Diploma or GED required Tig Welding Experience is a must. Pipe Welding Experience is a must.

Completion of an accredited welding training program preferred.
