Solderer Position Available In Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Our client, a leader in the aerospace and defense industry, is seeking a Solderer to join their team. As a Solderer, you will be part of the production team supporting the assembly of high-quality electronic components. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Shift:

• 6:00 AM
• 3:30 PM Monday
• Thursday; Friday 6:00 AM
• 2:30 PM with additional hours as needed to meet demand. Occasional off-shift hours may also be required to provide support to operations.
• What’s the Job?
• + Install electronic components onto circuit boards utilizing basic hand tools and soldering processes. + Operate machinery to clean and test circuit boards as needed. + Follow work instructions and router operations to complete necessary tasks. + Interface with Engineers to resolve assembly questions and problems. + Maintain a clean work environment to ensure product integrity and quality.
• What’s Needed?
• + High school diploma or equivalent. + 2+ years of experience soldering, including soldering 0201 capacitors. + IPC certification preferred. + Fine motor skills and dexterity; ability to utilize a microscope. + Basic computer skills and ability to read and comprehend work instructions.
