Job Description
Welder and Fabricator Bear Ridge Machine and Fabrication 77 Eleanor Ave, Frackville, PA 17931 Job requirements and description Heavy fabrication jobs for industrial and manufacturing systems and applications Familiarity with metallurgy and the welding processes required for different materials Ability to take and maintain measurements/tolerances throughout the fabrication process of jobs Experience with heavy lifting and rigging of larges component by means of overhead and jib cranes SMAW, FCAW, GMAW and GTAW in all positions Oxyacetylene torch cutting, air arc gouging Ability to read and interpret blueprints (2D and 3D in both imperial and metric), and fit-tack-weld from such A wide range of repair jobs Mechanical experience with power tools Ability to layout hole patterns and use the necessary tooling with drills Press brake operation, shearing, plasma cutting (CNC and manual) and plate rolling

$18.00 – $27.00 per hour
