CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring experienced Pipe Welders for multiple job sites within a 40-mile radius of Gaffney, SC.

Key Responsibilities:
Welding and Joining:
Weld and repair pipes, tubular components, and assemblies to required standards
Pipe Installation:
Install, align, and secure piping systems following blueprints and code requirements
Material Preparation:
Clamp, cut, and treat piping materials as needed for installation and welding
Welding Techniques:
Utilize arc, MIG, and TIG welding techniques for high-quality pipe fusion
Blueprint Interpretation:
Accurately read and follow blueprints and schematics
Equipment Operation:
Set up, maintain, and operate welding equipment safely and effectively
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to strict job site safety procedures and OSHA standards
Quality Control:
Inspect welds, materials, and final installations for accuracy and durability
Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot and repair piping system issues as they arise
Cutting and Shaping:
Cut, dismantle, or reshape pipes as needed to meet job requirements
Requirements:
Welding experience required; certifications preferred but not mandatory
Must bring appropriate tools and PPE
