• , you will be responsible for overseeing welding and fabrication operations, leading a small team of welders/millwrights, and ensuring all projects meet technical specifications and quality standards. Youll play a key role in training, planning, and hands-on fabrication for custom and production builds
• ## Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate day-to-day welding and fabrication operations
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols to plan projects
• Fabricate and weld components using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes
• Inspect completed welds and structures for quality and conformance
• Mentor junior welders and assist in training team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
• Ensure all work adheres to safety and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with owner and clients
• ### Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in welding and metal fabrication
• Proven leadership experience in a shop or field environment
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Strong knowledge of metals, materials, and fabrication tools
• Familiarity with welding codes and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skill
