Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Qualifications Proven experience as a Welder in a construction or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Knowledge of welding codes and standards relevant to the industry. Experience with various welding techniques including Stick welding, Plasma cutting, and sheet metal fabrication. Ability to perform pipe threading with precision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
