Welder Job Description We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team, focusing on welding pipes with diameters up to 120 inches. This position requires proficiency in fluxcore welding and the ability to perform some fitting tasks. Experience with welding boilers or pressure vessels is advantageous, though not mandatory. Our ideal candidate is coachable and committed to delivering quality work. Responsibilities Perform welding on pipes up to 120 inches in diameter. Engage in fluxcore welding with a strong emphasis on quality. Conduct back gouge welding effectively. Possibly perform fitting duties if experienced. Ensure precision when working with carbon steel, typically ranging from quarter inch to 1 inch diameter. Essential Skills Proficiency in fluxcore welding is essential. Ability to perform back gouge welding. Capability to accurately read tape measures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in welding boilers or pressure vessels is beneficial. Knowledge of welding stainless steel is appreciated but not required. Coachability and willingness to learn. Why Work Here? The environment is not climate-controlled, offering a genuine industrial experience. All positions are on the second shift, with hours from 2 PM to 10:30 PM or 4 PM to 12:30 AM, providing flexibility within a dedicated work schedule. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Columbia, South Carolina. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43680.00

• $58240.00/yr. have medical and dental and 401K contributions
