⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Welder / Fabricator – Aluminum (Nashville) Gallagher Staging 760 Cowan St compensation: Rate will start between $25-$28/hr depending on skill level employment type: job title: welding team members Gallagher Staging provides the foundation for premier events across the nation. We offer custom and rental staging for concerts, tours, red carpet events, award shows, corporate events, studio and television production, sports events, and more! Are you passionate and experienced in the manufacturing sector? Do you have proven ability to produce quality output with a “can do” attitude? We are seeking a Welder to assist in our Fabrication Warehouse.
- MIG and TIG welding aluminum/steel components in flat or vertical positions
- Read blue prints and follow them accurately
- Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly
- Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade
- Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating or warping of parts
- Positive work attitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including, overtime, nights, weekends and some holidays as required.
- Must pass Weld Test.
