salary:

$41,600 – $52,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM – 4:30 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on structural steel components according to blueprints and specifications.
Set up welding equipment, including adjusting settings for different materials and thicknesses.
Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards through proper inspections and testing.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols.
Operate grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines. The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
working up to 6 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends Skills
Mig (5 years of experience is required)
Tig (5 years of experience is required)
flux (5 years of experience is required)
Fabrication (5 years of experience is required)
Blueprint Reading (5 years of experience is required)
hand tools (5 years of experience is required)
