What You’ll Do:
Perform MIG welding on a wide variety of weldments and sub-weldments for custom retail displays and fixtures
Weld both small-batch and large-batch production runs
Inspect and ensure the quality of each weld and finished product
Operate safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
Prior MIG welding experience is required (an onsite welding test will be conducted as part of the hiring process)
Attention to detail: Strong focus on quality and craftsmanship in every weld
Physical capability: Ability to lift light to heavy materials frequently; stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift)
Work ethic: Dependable, safety-focused, and committed to meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality

Monday – Thursday, 3:30 pm – 2:00 am
