Due to rapid growth, Marathon is conducting interviews for several temp-to-hire Welder and Fabricator positions with our steel manufacturing company located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. FAST and SIMPLE Application. Our application and on-boarding processes are quick and easy in order to minimize any unnecessary steps and wait times! Normal shift hours are from Monday through Thursday with OT if needed Monday through Thursday is the schedule, (40-50 hours per week see below): First shift is from 7 am to 5:30 pm, with overtime on Fridays as needed.
Second shift:
6 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., with overtime on Sundays as necessary.
