Job Requirements Position Summary:

Preps and welds material to company standards
Role qualifications: High school diploma/GED, vocational/technical school, or equivalent work experience
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience Job Responsibilities Prepping metals for welding Operating mig welder on low carbon steel Ability to operate an oxy-acetylene torch
Adjust material with saw as needed
Verify all materials are prepped for weldment by the BOM Ability to operate a forklift
Understanding the ISO saw process for initialing and dating prints
Scan completed drawings to the correct department
Able to operate computer software to view file Tig and or Heliarc Fit up components to make weldments match prints supplied Knowledge of weld symbols and where to look them up Essential skills and experience:
Basic measurement skills (tape measure, combination square set, etc.)
Basic blueprint reading skills
Basic knowledge of welding fundamentals Environmental Health and Safety Understand the Company’s EHS Policy and how it relates to this job. Be aware of

laws and regulations as well as the Company’s Plant Rules and Regulations that pertain to this job.
