• Job Description:

• We are seeking dedicated and skilled welders to join our team in a dynamic production welding and processing environment.

As a welder, you will play a vital role in creating brackets and components for large equipment, utilizing various welding techniques including primarily MIG welding. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Performing plate-to-plate, block-to-plate, butt joint, stitch welding, pipe welding, and square block welding. + Ensuring the quality of welds and taking pride in clean, precise work. + Collaborating on additional tasks beyond welding, such as grinding.

• Required Skills:

• + Proficiency in MIG welding and grinding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Fabrication knowledge and experience. + Familiarity with the use of a tape measure and working with stainless steel.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• + Certification in welding (preferred but not mandatory). + A flexible and open mindset to take on tasks outside the core responsibilities. + Strong individual work ethic and team collaboration skills. + A growth-oriented mindset with an emphasis on attendance and reliability. + Proven ability to perform high-quality welds that meet industry standards.

• Pay Scale:

• + $20: Entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn and a growth mindset. + $21
• 23: moderate experience and weld test score of level II + $24
• $25: Candidates with on the job experience who demonstrate excellent work ethic, perform at a level III on a weld test, and showcase strong leadership and communication skills. Top out pay up to $28 per hour
