Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Paid Advertising Manager to lead our paid media initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate results. Your expertise will be pivotal in expanding our market presence and achieving our business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other relevant channels. Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and optimize ad strategies accordingly. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI. Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad copy and visuals that align with brand guidelines. Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spending to meet financial objectives. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and effective. Perform A/B testing to evaluate and enhance ad performance. Prepare regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns with a proven track record of success. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Familiarity with SEO principles and how they integrate with paid advertising efforts.
