Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Manager, Advertising – Burger King (United States and Canada) to join our marketing team based in Miami, FL. The Manager, Advertising will be responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies to develop communications that drive awareness and consideration for Burger King calendar windows and promotions. They will also be a key partner in the development of our integrated marketing plans through a deep understanding of our Guest, brand and campaign goals. Bringing a combination of solid marketing fundamentals, strategic vision, communication skills, and ability to unify agency and cross-functional partners around a strategic goal is critical to this role’s success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Leads creative development of marketing communications programs and manages day-to-day execution of marketing communications tactics that support national value-layer calendar windows. Collaborates with multicultural and brand partnerships teams to develop bespoke content with media partners Manages, protects and champions Brand voice, identity and positioning in all work Key partner in our integrated marketing process to brief, capture, and review creative across paid and owned marketing channels Manages required day-to-day tasks, including project tracker and timeline management, meeting coordination, legal and key stakeholder approvals, and maintaining centralized asset repository Develops presentations, creative campaign overviews, recaps, and other materials for internal and external meetings Creative problem solver and idea initiator in cross-functional teams Work with a solid level of independence on new or unfamiliar projects of moderate complexity and quick turnarounds Challenges current processes and leads special projects to iterate and improve brand communication and execution Manages budgeting, contract agreements, and invoice payment for vendor/agency-related work in collaboration with Sr. Director Partners with brand marketing and insights teams to understand consumer needs, barriers and insights to inform development of creative strategy Responsible for co-creation of creative briefings for campaigns with creative agency and brand marketing teams

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 3-5+ years of progressive brand marketing experience in QSR, CPG, Retail, or related field Intrinsically motivated by a creative setting, with business background and high sense of curiosity Strong understanding of branding, marketing and advertising foundations Has high attention-to-detail, advanced written and verbal communication skills, strong copyediting and ability to judge creative and articulate constructive feedback to both internal and external partners in service of the creative vision Able to demonstrate meticulous follow-through and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, loves collaboration and can easily interpret feedback from a variety of stakeholders Highly organized and motivated with a desire to outperform Must have the ability to interface and maintain excellent professional relationships with a variety of audiences to include franchise partners, agencies, vendors and internal teams Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Cliché-averse, driving the ability to find the fresh angle on even the most tried and true marketing approaches Excited to develop novel creative ideas for the brand Spanish language proficiency is a plus Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
