OPPORTUNITY
The Off-Premise Manager is responsible for leading the growth of our third-party delivery businesses for all of our partner restaurants that have onboarded at least one of our many brands. This role optimizes revenue by ensuring that our Off-Premise channels are functioning at peak capacity, and channels are continually optimized to maximize revenue. Given the emphasis on licensed brand relationships across thousands of restaurants, this role also serves as a partner to our business partners.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Overall Own and optimize the off-premise digital journey, ensuring a frictionless ordering experience across all VDC brands’ websites, apps, and third-party delivery platforms. Lead third-party delivery partnerships, managing operations, optimizing menu placement, pricing, and promotions to drive growth. Off Premise Channels Support operationalization and restaurant support for Olo platform and processes including Olo Pickup, Dispatch, Rails, and Order with Google. Participate in third party vendor calls and monitor/maintain dashboard reporting. Assist with Olo new restaurant onboarding and transfer processing. Work with training team to update procedures, packaging guides, job aids, webinars, and other materials supporting all off-premise platforms and key vendors. Maintain weekly and monthly KPI and sales reports/dashboards for Olo, third party delivery and Revenue Recapture programs. Third Party Delivery Promotions Develop and manage third party delivery marketing calendars and make strategic promotional advertising and sponsorship recommendations for efficient use of marketing funds within the third-party delivery courier marketplaces. Plan and execute 3PD promotions with vendors, set up campaigns within 3PD ads manager dashboards, manage budget expenditures and invoice approvals/processing. Provide post ad/promotion reporting and evaluate optimizations for future promotions. Collaborate with Marketing & Ops team to build and maintain a playbook of 3rd party delivery advertising offers/recommendations to support company and licensee initiatives to achieve off-premise/delivery transaction and sales goals.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of related off premise and/or catering program management experience Catering and/or off-premise marketing experience preferred. Ability to critically analyze sales and customer data to drive decisions. Passionate about off-premise and delivering a superior guest experience. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent work experience (required or preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office products Experience working with catering programs, ezCater, Olo, or 3rd party off-premise platforms Excellent organization, communications, and collaboration skills Strong project management skills with ability to manage cross-functional tasks and projects effectively
