Job DescriptionDevelopment, coordination and management of all property promotions and special events. Ability to create events that will stimulate traffic flow and increase profitability. Manage and develop all promotional staff.

• Develop and communicate promotional and special events schedule for property and interface impacted departments to ensure coordination and success.
• Assist in departmental budget, goals and implementation strategy to create profitability for the property.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with current and potential outside vendors.
  Hire, train and evaluate all promotional staff including supervisors and attendants.
• Solicit, negotiate and contract outside entertainment for special events.

Coordinate outside ticket sales and group contracts for all promotional events.

Qualifications

• BS in Marketing or four or more (4+) years experience in related field.
• Working knowledge of computer programs and software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and procedures.
• Able to attain state gaming license.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
