We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Promotions Manager to lead a team of Field Promoters in Charlotte, NC! You will lead and manage a team of staff underneath you who will pitch and promote the products in surrounding neighborhoods. Your duties will include hiring, training, pitching, and managing your marketing team! This is a new team that we are starting so it helps to have experience building a team! This position allows you to learn, grow and advance your position within the company!

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus & commission structure Average Managers make between $75K – $110K per year with above average managers earning upwards of $150K+ per year. Recruit, staff, train, coach and motivate your team. Attend weekly meetings with the management team. Provide reporting and ROI metrics to meet or exceed business objectives. What You Need:
