Job Responsibilities:
  • -As a Sales Manager Trainee, you will be selling our unique arrayof mattresses and accessories. You will receive hands on trainingin sales, marketing and business development techniques. You willshadow the Store Manager, learning all of the aspects of retail andpeople management.
  • Other responsibilities of the ManagementTrainee position include:

Greeting and assisting customersascertaining their mattress wants and needsAnswering customerquestions and inquiries regarding products and servicesSeeking outinformation and knowledge regarding new productsSetting andachieving personal goalsPresenting and preparing contracts andprocessing transactions in POSPlacing orders and locatingstockMaintaining knowledge of current promotions and policiesregarding payment, exchanges and store securityParticipating inmerchandising and product displaysAbout us:
