The Role:
As our Paid Media Buyer / Social Media Marketing Specialist, you’ll drive targeted traffic, leads, and sales across multiple platforms. You’ll strategize, build, and optimize paid campaigns that get real results for our brand and the clients we serve. You’ll be hands-on with platforms like:
- Google Ads
- YouTube
- Taboola
- Roku (CTV)
- TikTok Ads
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) This role is for a high-performer who is obsessed with testing, tracking, scaling—and having fun along the way.
You Are:
- A seasoned media buyer with 5+ years of proven success running profitable campaigns across multiple platforms
- Currently managing active media buys with strong performance results
- Creative and analytical you bring the art and the math

You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Strategizing and executing paid media campaigns across Google, YouTube, Roku, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Taboola, and more
- Managing budgets, bids, creatives, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
- Optimizing performance daily for ROI, ROAS, CPA, and other KPIs
- Collaborating with creatives and content teams to produce ads that convert
- Delivering clear reporting, insights, and strategy recommendations
- Laying the foundation to lead a performance marketing team as we grow This Role is

Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of paid media buying experience with documented success
- Currently managing active campaigns with significant ad spend
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and at least two other platforms listed above
- Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, pixel tracking, and creative strategy
- Comfortable using reporting tools and performance dashboards
- Able to think like a business owner, not just a button pusher
