About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on delivering impactful media solutions. You’ll drive growth by developing sales strategies across digital marketing solutions, mobile, niche publications, and our core newspaper. You’ll also inspire your team and our clients as we continue to evolve as a modern media company. Recruit, develop, and promote top talent
Grow our customer base by targeting, acquiring, and retaining clients
Represent LocaliQ through networking and community involvement
Ensure consistent use of our sales process and CRM (Salesforce)
Foster long-term, consultative client relationships
Build and execute go-to-market strategies with your team
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance
Lead weekly sales meetings to share wins, training, and best practices
Recommend training opportunities for continuous development What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent experience
5+ years of proven success leading sales teams in a goal-driven environment
Strong coaching and leadership skills
Passion for digital and social media, with a quick learning curve
Experience in digital advertising/marketing is a big plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency

A passionate team that celebrates wins together The annualized base salary for this role will range between $80,000 and $90,000 + Commission plan. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience.
