We seek a results-driven Advertising Business Development Director to spearhead client acquisition for our RTB platform while gathering critical market intelligence. You’ll drive revenue growth by converting prospects and delivering actionable industry insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the partnership with mobile advertising business, developing and executing the strategic plan for business growth. Oversee the advertising business team, coordinating with various departments to expand the advertising platform’s market presence, customer development, and achieve sales targets. Analyze advertising trends and competitive dynamics in the Saudi market, optimizing advertising strategies to enhance client satisfaction and business profitability. Maintain strategic partnerships with Transsion and other stakeholders, driving long-term collaborations and business growth. Optimize advertising performance based on data analytics and market feedback, enhancing the precision of ad targeting to help clients achieve efficient ad placements. Manage the day-to-day operations of the advertising business, ensuring proper allocation of advertising budgets and maximizing return on investment.
Requirements:
Experience in advertising, digital marketing, or related industries, with at least two years in a managerial role. A deep understanding of the Saudi and Middle Eastern advertising market, particularly mobile advertising, with strong market insight. Proven ability to develop and execute long-term advertising strategies, lead teams, and drive performance. Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Experience in managing relationships with local partners, advertising clients, and cross-functional teams, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in advertising, marketing, digital media, or a related field is preferred.
