Job Description

Account Manager Position OverviewThe Account Manager will be responsible for helping the Sales Organization grow advertising partnerships by engaging with partners on behalf of a fast-growing retail media arm of our client. You will be responsible to coordinate and drive the successful completion of media projects including creative ad feedback and approvals, campaign launches and other key deliverables. This is a 6-month, 40 hour per week contract role.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal partner teams to execute successful digital media campaigns aligned to client KPIs. Act as daily point of contact for client post sale questions and updatesFacilitate the end-to-end creative process between the advertiser and creative team.

Partner closely with the cross functional teams on campaign activation, trafficking, and optimizations.

Lead meeting cadences with clients to communicate key campaign performance metrics, insights, optimization recommendations and upsell opportunities.

Lead internal partner status calls and campaign performance reviews withSupport monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy and delivery.

Coordinate with internal teams to develop end of campaign reporting and presentations for clientsManage and develop strong, collaborative relationships with partners across the organization and lead cross-functional teams including Media, Analytics, and Billing to ensure consistent communication and execution of client strategyProactively self-educate around assigned client categories, retail and retail media industry trends to identify best practice opportunities to share with the teamParticipate in on-boarding activities for new team membersQualifications5+ years of client services/account management experience in a direct/digital marketing agency or a combination of agency/client side.3+ years of proven experience managing client relationships and effectively problem solve; ability to analyze problems and produce a viable solution2+ years experience using Microsoft Office tools.

Experience working on a cross-functional, revenue-generating team within a large organization to demonstrate exceptional client service. Ability to prioritize, operate with efficiency and communicate with excellence, leading to trusted relationships with advertisers.

Bachelor’s degree In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
