The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving business development initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of financial management principles, as well as the ability to prepare financial statements and manage accounts receivable effectively. Also needs to be a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various social media channels, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Salary is hourly plus commission… Duties Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections. Conduct cost accounting to analyze costs associated with business operations and identify areas for improvement. Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. Implement revenue management strategies to optimize income generation. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with other departments to support business development initiatives and provide financial insights. Prepare reports for senior management that summarize financial performance and highlight key metrics. Proven experience in financial management, including preparation of financial statements and compliance management. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create engaging content tailored for different platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Monitor social media channels for trends and insights to inform content creation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms. Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing. Utilize financial software for budget management related to social media campaigns. Support investment management initiatives by promoting relevant financial products through social channels. Proven finance skills or strong finance knowledge.
