The Vice President of Marketing will lead brand and marketing direction of our luxury automotive group. This executive role will be responsible for elevating our presence in the high-end automotive market, strengthening brand equity, and driving revenue growth through bespoke marketing experiences, data-driven strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Brand Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that reinforce our brand’s luxury positioning and align with overall business goals. Partner with executive leadership to set strategic marketing goals that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer loyalty among high-net-worth individuals. Anticipate market trends and customer expectations in the premium automotive space to drive forward-thinking marketing initiatives. Luxury Brand Management Ensure a seamless and sophisticated brand experience across all channels—from showroom to digital platforms. Protect and elevate brand reputation through consistent visual identity, messaging, and tone aligned with luxury values. Guide the development of tailored content and campaigns that resonate with clientele and automotive connoisseurs. Marketing Campaigns & Innovation Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns, including exclusive launch events, VIP experiences, digital advertising, influencer partnerships, and print media. Leverage data and analytics to continuously refine targeting strategies and improve campaign performance. Champion digital transformation, including CRM initiatives, marketing automation, and personalized customer journeys. Team Leadership & Development Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team with deep expertise in brand, digital, experiential, and performance marketing. Manage internal workflows and collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to scale impact. Customer Experience & CRM Oversee strategies for nurturing client relationships before, during, and after the sales process. Develop loyalty programs, post-sale communications, and customer appreciation initiatives that reflect a white-glove service experience. Work with sales and service teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey that reflects the values of a luxury brand. Budget & Performance Management Manage the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources across campaigns, sponsorships, and media placements. Track KPIs such as cost per lead, brand engagement, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value. Present marketing performance and forecasts to the executive team and board of directors. Industry Representation & Thought Leadership Represent the brand at automotive showcases, elite lifestyle events, and industry conferences. Serve as a public-facing leader and ambassador, speaking on behalf of the brand across channels and media. Collaborate with OEM partners on co-branded initiatives and shared marketing programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience in luxury automotive or automotive tech marketplaces. Experience with Hubspot CRM and pricing platform. 10+ years of progressive experience in luxury brand marketing, preferably within automotive, high-end retail, or hospitality sectors. Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that appeal to affluent audiences. Expertise in brand storytelling, experiential marketing, and digital campaign management. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
