Vice President of Admissions and Marketing 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars 6925 Lake Ellenor Drive, Orlando, FL 32809 Summary In the role of Vice President of Admissions and Marketing, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance student recruitment and engagement within the university. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will leverage your core skills in recruiting and experience working with students to develop effective marketing campaigns. Your premium skills in public speaking and familiarity with will be essential in promoting the institution’s vision. Additionally, your relevant expertise in education administration, teaching, and academic advising will support the university’s mission to foster an inclusive and thriving academic community.
Essential day-to-day job responsibilities include:
Complying with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to student enrollment; Recruiting, training and developing highly talented admissions professionals; Developing referrals and personal leads; Assisting in management of lead distribution to Admissions Team; Working with CEO in monitoring the daily/weekly activities of Admissions to ensure admissions objectives are met. Manage conducting first & second interview of prospective student enrollments; Motivating the Admissions Team to meet its admissions objectives while adhering to the highest ethical standards and compliance requirements; Helping manage compliance with student enrollment process, including inquiries, phone screens, and interviews; Meeting or exceeding enrollment objectives as established by the CEO Other tasks as assigned Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting and admissions processes Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences Familiarity with Ellucian software and education administration practices Background in university settings, teaching, and academic advising Ability to work collaboratively with students and stakeholders to enhance enrollment strategies
