WHAT YOU’LL DO

Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive home sales Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and marketing campaigns across multiple channels Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing initiatives with business goals and revenue targets Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the Florida homebuilding industry Lead Generation & Demand Marketing Drive lead generation strategies through digital marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and community engagement Partner with the sales team to develop effective lead nurturing strategies and optimize the customer journey Evaluate and implement marketing automation and aligns Sales CRM tools to enhance lead tracking and conversion Digital & Traditional Marketing Manage digital marketing efforts, including website management, content marketing, social media, and online advertising Oversee traditional marketing, including print advertising, signage, model home branding, events, and direct mail Ensure the company’s website and online presence effectively engage potential buyers and generate high-quality leads Brand Management & Customer Experience Maintain a strong, consistent brand presence across all communities, sales offices and marketing materials Oversee community launches, virtual and in-person grand openings, and event marketing efforts Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement, testimonials, and referrals Budget & Performance Management Establish and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources Analyze campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates to refine marketing strategies Present reports and insights to the executive team on key marketing metrics and ROI Market awareness and research: Direct and monitor research activities Study and define market segments Gather information on competitors’ activities in each market area we are in or intend to be in Define the “needs and desires” of particular market segment Maintain knowledge of availability and awareness of areas of growth and development by area The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field or equivalent work experience Five to ten years of new construction marketing management experience Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing internal teams and external agencies Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, paid media, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and optimizing ROI Understanding the customer, product development, client relationships Strong knowledge of Florida’s real estate market and homebuyer demographics is a plus Marketing concepts and positioning Highly creative and analytical thinking skills are critical Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Enthusiastic, motivated and high energy Proven leadership skills Project Management skill set Team player; collaborative
