Family of Brands Pool Doc PoolTek Pool Service Unlimited Terry’s Pool West Meade Pools Yummy Pools Position Overview The Vice President of Marketing will spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow the company, strengthen brand reputation, and align marketing efforts with sales objectives. This role oversees multi-brand management, marketing vendors, digital, local, and centralized marketing efforts. The VP of Marketing will build and lead a central sales team, develop localized marketing playbooks, and drive rebranding efforts across all customer touchpoints. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in marketing and brand management.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy to increase market share, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Digital Property Optimization:
Oversee and optimize multi-site, digital properties, including websites, online listings, and Google Business Profiles (GBP), to enhance visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Customer Acquisition & Journey Mapping:
Develop and manage customer acquisition strategies and customer journey mapping to optimize the end-to-end customer experience.
Central Sales Team Development:
Build and lead a centralized sales team to align with marketing efforts, driving lead generation and conversion across all locations.
Local Marketing Playbooks:
Create tailored marketing playbooks for each branch to ensure consistent yet localized marketing strategies that resonate with regional audiences.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with marketing vendors to ensure effective execution of strategies, campaigns, and tactics that align with company goals.
Branch-Level Campaign Execution:
Drive the execution of branch-specific campaigns and tactics to maximize local market penetration and customer acquisition.
Email Marketing Oversight:
Oversee and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive repeat business.
Rebranding Program Leadership:
Lead a comprehensive rebranding program across all customer touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with company values.
Reputation Management:
Establish and monitor a robust reputation management system to maintain and enhance the company’s strong brand reputation across all locations.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in multi-site home service delivery environment. Demonstrated success in digital marketing, including website management, SEO, and online listings. Experience in developing and executing localized marketing strategies and campaigns. Prior experience leading rebranding initiatives and reputation management programs. Background in building and aligning sales and marketing teams.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
