The firm invests heavily in marketing and media across all channels—TV, radio, outdoor, OTT/CTV, digital, social, influencer marketing, email, SEO, and paid lead aggregators. With five distinct brands under its umbrella, the organization is seeking a visionary leader to take its marketing and lead generation strategy to the next level.
Position Overview
Together we are seeking a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead and evolve the firm’s customer acquisition strategy across digital, social, influencer, and traditional channels. This executive-level role will own firmwide marketing strategy, manage a high-performing in-house team, and collaborate with outside vendors and agencies.
Your mission: build scalable, data-backed campaigns that grow our brand, expand our reach, and significantly increase lead generation and client acquisition—particularly through social-first and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Own the customer acquisition strategy across all marketing channels with an emphasis on high-converting digital and social campaigns.
Lead brand strategy and execution across five consumer-facing brands in the legal and community space.
Build attribution models and performance dashboards to drive continuous optimization and maximize ROI.
Team Management & Vendor Coordination
Oversee a talented internal team including marketing coordinators, content creators, digital specialists, and brand producers.
Lead relationships with outside agencies, media buyers, influencers, and paid lead providers to ensure alignment and results.
Serve as the key marketing liaison to the executive team, translating firm goals into actionable marketing initiatives.
Campaign Development & Execution
Develop and manage paid and organic strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, and X (Twitter).
Lead all media buying strategy and execution across TV, OTT/CTV, radio, print, outdoor, and digital.
Drive CRM/email marketing efforts, including newsletters, automated campaigns, re-engagement, and list-building initiatives.
Community & Brand Marketing
Oversee signature community programs and event marketing efforts, including school supply drives, scholarship contests, blood drives, and local charity sponsorships.
Manage the firm’s branded media assets, including a video series, an annual magazine publication, a weekly email newsletter, and monthly charity spotlights.
Maintain alignment and consistency across a growing set of brands under the firm’s umbrella.
What You Bring
10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing full-funnel marketing strategy.
Expertise in direct-to-consumer acquisition, with strong performance marketing and attribution skills.
Experience leading multi-channel campaigns with a balance of creative vision and analytical rigor.
Proven ability to lead internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful, measurable outcomes.
Background in legal, healthcare, or other high-volume professional services a plus; direct response marketing experience strongly preferred.
