Job Description

Description We’re seeking a strategic and dynamic leader to oversee product development, marketing, and customer programs for a high-end financial services organization supporting multiple luxury automotive brands. This executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth, customer loyalty, and alignment with sales goals through innovative financial products and marketing strategies. VKey Responsibilities Business Unit Leadership + Lead multiple business units including vehicle protection plans, insurance offerings, and mobility services with full P& L ownership. + Oversee third-party vendor relationships, new product development, budgeting, and profitability across the U.S. and Canada. + Guide strategic expansion and continuous improvement of financial and mobility service offerings to meet long-term goals. Marketing Strategy & Customer Engagement + Drive the strategy and execution of all marketing, CRM, and customer communication efforts with a focus on high-value customer acquisition and retention. + Build and execute omni-channel campaigns that reflect a luxury brand experience and align with business goals. + Develop and oversee hyper-targeted content strategies, experiential events, and dealer enablement tools. Product & Program Development + Manage the evolution of financial products such as leasing, retail finance, and ancillary offerings to support company growth objectives. + Develop sales support programs that align with market needs and OEM sales strategies across multiple geographic markets. + Benchmark against competitors to ensure product offerings remain competitive in terms of rate, pricing, and residual value positioning. Mobility Services Innovation + Lead strategy, operations, and financial outcomes for evolving mobility service concepts. + Shape future programs around flexible ownership and usage models, including pricing, offerings, and communication. Financial Services Reporting & Governance + Oversee reporting and analytics tied to product and program performance to ensure KPIs and revenue targets are achieved. + Manage marketing and program budgets across business units, providing accurate forecasts and contributing to overall strategic planning. Culture & Leadership + Serve as a member of the senior leadership team, contributing to organizational strategy and KPIs. + Foster a positive, inclusive corporate culture that reflects core values and drives employee engagement. Requirements Requirements + 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services, automotive, or related industries. + Proven success leading product development and marketing functions, ideally within a multi-brand or multi-line business. + Experience overseeing vendor partnerships, third-party platforms, or insurance/ancillary product providers. + Strong understanding of marketing strategy, CRM, and customer lifecycle management, preferably in a luxury or premium market. + Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive P& L performance, and manage large-scale projects. + Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and analytical skills. + Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
