Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP, Global Marketing to lead our marketing efforts for our Managed Security Services & Managed IT Services. This role requires a hands-on leader who will drive pipeline generation in North America through ABM, creates brand awareness and customer engagement on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in Marketing throughout the entire customer life cycle. This role goes beyond raising awareness—it’s centered on driving tangible results. You’ll lead the development and execution of initiatives that expand Bulletproofs network, brand awareness and client engagement. It’s a dynamic, hands-on leadership position suited for someone who combines strategic vision with practical execution and thrives in cross-functional collaboration to transform ideas into meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Global Marketing Strategy:
Craft and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives. Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments. Create go-to-market strategies for new service offerings and feature updates.
Brand Management:
Enhance and manage the company’s brand identity and positioning in the market. Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and market share.
Demand Generation and Lead Management:
Develop and execute multi-channel ABM marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Implement lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee the company’s digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and optimize ROI.
Content and Communication:
Develop and manage a content strategy that includes blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and other marketing collateral. Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all marketing channels.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Track and report on marketing performance and ROI.
Team Leadership:
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global marketing team. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Required Education/Credentials/Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in ABM, solutions marketing, or a similar role in the B2B technology or cybersecurity space. Proven experience in leading and building high-performing marketing teams.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, including threat landscapes, security technologies, and buyer personas. Experience working with enterprise clients and large-scale B2B solutions is essential.
Leadership:
Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and leading teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Can-do attitude with a no-ego approach is important.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to think strategically and translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. Comfortable presenting to executive leadership, customers, and industry influencers.
Analytical Mindset:
Data-driven decision maker with the ability to analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to drive continuous improvements in strategy and execution.
Adaptability:
Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic, rapidly changing environments. Comfortable adjusting strategies, priorities, and tactics in response to evolving market conditions, business needs, and emerging technologies.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, marketing, business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. Experience in MSP and MSSP space is considered an asset. Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
