Marketing Full Job Description Qualifications:

16+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with 6+ years in a global senior leadership role Demonstrated success in product marketing and in scaling SaaS startups Experience launching and scaling SaaS products, ideally in a multi-product or platform environment Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, GTM strategy, and sales enablement Excellent communicator and storyteller, with a bias for action and results Experience working with technical products and audiences is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new and existing products Craft clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that resonates with target personas Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on roadmap, launches, and enablement Lead competitive intelligence, market research, and buyer insights to inform strategy Drive analyst relations and thought leadership in our category Build and scale programs that drive customer retention, expansion, and advocacy Launch lifecycle campaigns that support onboarding, adoption, and upsell Develop customer communities, case studies, and reference programs Partner with Customer Success to identify and amplify customer champions Measure and optimize customer marketing impact on NRR and customer health Lead and grow a high-performing team across both functions Foster strong collaboration with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, and CS Champion a data-driven, customer-first culture within the marketing org
