Job Summary The Vice President of Membership will play a crucial role in driving the growth and retention of Girl Scouts members across the organization. This executive leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive membership strategy that aligns with our mission to engage more girls and adult volunteers in Girl Scouts programs. The VP of Membership will work collaboratively with staff, regional teams, stakeholders, and the national office to cultivate strong, lasting relationships with members, foster a deep sense of community, and ensure sustainable growth for the Girl Scouts.
