JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics provides strategic decision support for Marketing efforts across all media types. This role leads the development and execution of advanced analytical strategies, drives measurable improvements in marketing performance, and mentors a team responsible for marketing data science and performance measurement. This position balances strategic leadership with hands-on project oversight to drive cross-functional alignment and enterprise value.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with senior channel and Marketing leadership to optimize Marketing investment and campaign effectiveness.
Lead development of advanced analytics methodologies that influence strategic Marketing direction.
Mentor and lead a skilled analytics team, developing a center of excellence in Marketing decision science.
Collaborate with enterprise analytics and IT to align data strategies and analytic practices.
Lead cross-functional analytics projects tied to strategic priorities, translating business problems into actionable insights.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including machine learning and data modeling tools.
Establish Marketing performance KPIs and design measurement frameworks for key campaigns.
Guide risk management activities within Marketing analytics and ensure compliance with internal policies.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or related field, or 4 additional years of experience in statistics, mathematics, or quantitative analytics.
8+ years in decision support analytics.
3+ years of experience leading a high-performing analytics team.
Advanced skills in SQL, SAS, data visualization tools, and statistical modeling.
Familiarity with Salesforce Datacloud and advanced integration of external data sets.
Proven record of translating data into business strategy.
