About the role We are seeking anexperienced and visionary Head of Marketing to lead our globalproduct marketing and design team. This role will focus on drivingproduct growth and adoption across enterprise financial andtechnology institutions worldwide. You will be responsible forshaping marketing strategies that align with our organization’sbusiness goals, fostering collaboration between the product,design, and go-to-market teams, and ensuring that marketing is acore engine for growth. What youll do
Strategic Leadership:
Leadand oversee the global marketing strategy for our product marketingand design teams. Serve as a strategic partner to the product andgo-to-market (GTM) teams, ensuring alignment between marketinginitiatives and business objectives.
Product Marketing & Growth:
Develop marketing strategies to drive product adoption and growthwithin enterprise financial and technology institutions. Leadcampaigns focused on demand generation, content marketing, andproduct messaging that resonate across multiple geographies andmarkets. Drive marketing innovation, focusing on deliveringmeasurable growth, and positioning marketing as a key growth driverwithin the organization.
Brand, Social & Design Expertise:
Bringdeep expertise from the brand, social media, and design aspects ofmarketing, with a particular strength in product marketing. Ensurethe company’s brand is represented consistently across globalcampaigns, messaging, and design outputs.
Marketing Operations &Budgeting:
Manage the central marketing functions and define wherethe organization should invest in people, agencies, or technology.
Own the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation ofresources for maximum impact. Build and execute marketing plansthat optimize spend while delivering measurable results.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with productmanagement, sales, and customer success teams to creatego-to-market plans, product launch strategies, and ongoingmarketing initiatives. Partner with content teams to generatehigh-quality, relevant content that aligns with our productmarketing goals.
Global Enterprise Experience:
Drive enterprisemarketing initiatives in high-growth environments, specificallytargeting large financial and technology institutions. Build,scale, and manage demand generation programs that work acrossmultiple markets and geographies. Develop strategies that leveragemarketing as a critical growth engine in high-growth, enterprisesettings. About you 10 years of marketing experience, with provenleadership in product marketing, brand, and design forenterprise-level businesses. Expertise in managing global marketingfunctions, including working across different markets andunderstanding region-specific challenges. Strong understanding ofproduct marketing, including experience with B2B marketing forenterprise financial services or technology solutions. Demonstratedability to manage large-scale marketing budgets and optimize spendfor measurable outcomes. Experience in managing centralizedmarketing functions and working with cross-functional teams toalign marketing strategies with broader company goals. Ability towork in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where marketing playsa significant role in driving revenue and business growth.

Pay and benefits Paxos offers a competitive total compensation andbenefits package, including equity and bonuses based on both yourindividual performance and company performance. Eligibility forbonuses is dependent on job level, and actual salary within therange depends on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
Expected range for the base salary component for candidates locatedwithin the United States is: $253,346—$298,055 USD
