Full Job Description Job Summary:

VP Marketing and Leasing is responsible for promoting and leasing commercial properties, including office, lab/life sciences, retail, and industrial spaces in the Philadelphia suburbs. This role involves developing marketing strategies, engaging prospective tenants, conducting property tours, negotiating lease agreements, and supporting occupancy goals. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and a passion for commercial real estate. Self-starter and glass breaker a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing:

Market available commercial spaces to prospective tenants through online platforms, broker networks, signage, and outreach. Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and brokers. Maintain accurate leasing records, pipeline reports, and deal tracking systems. Negotiate lease terms in coordination with legal, asset management, and ownership teams. Foster relationships with existing tenants to understand needs and encourage renewals or expansions.

Marketing:

Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans for each property. Interact with prospective tenants by attending industry functions. Design and distribute marketing materials, brochures, flyers, and digital content. Maintain listings on commercial real estate platforms (e.g., LoopNet, CoStar, CREXi). Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and digital marketers as needed. Coordinate property signage, email campaigns, and social media efforts.

Market Research & Reporting:

Market and sell our lab and office space Track market trends, comps, tenant movements, and competitor activity. Provide leasing updates and market intelligence to management and ownership.

Qualifications:

Strong marketing experience Strong knowledge of leasing processes, market dynamics, and real estate terminology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and real estate marketing tools. Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities. Experience with Public Relations Experience with
