Job Description
DWP is looking to fill the Deputy Director for Labour Market Strategy role in the Labour Market Strategy, Analysis and Policy directorate. This is a key senior leadership role within one of the highest-profile operational government departments. This is a fast paced and high-profile role with substantial Ministerial and senior official interest. You will be responsible for leading a team and working closely with colleagues from across Policy Group and the wider Department (including service delivery, finance and change), as well as external and Whitehall stakeholders to lead work to determine DWP’s future labour market strategy. The role requires strong leadership and a proactive approach in delivering the department’s priorities and objectives.
