This position involves overseeing all aspects of internal and external communications, ensuring that messaging aligns with the company’s goals and values. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the organization’s brand and reputation. Manage media relations, including writing press releases, pitching stories, and responding to media inquiries. Oversee social media management to ensure consistent messaging across platforms while engaging with the audience effectively. Edit and write content for various channels, including newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials. Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and audience preferences to inform communication strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with organizational objectives. Represent the organization at public speaking events and engage with stakeholders to promote initiatives. Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness through metrics and feedback to continuously improve strategies. Skills Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Proficient in social media management, including content creation and audience engagement strategies. Strong editing skills with a keen eye for detail in written communications. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating effective interaction across various levels of the organization.
