The Marketing and Communications Director leads and oversees all strategic marketing and internal and external communications initiatives for Threaded Fasteners, Inc. family of companies. This role is responsible for protecting and promoting the TFI brand, shaping internal messaging, and supporting business development goals through consistent, mission-focused storytelling. This role oversees the Marketing Department, including budget, strategy, research, and content oversight. An ideal candidate can also conceptualize, create, and carry out marketing projects. Oversees the creation, implementation, and consistency of all internal and external messaging across digital, print, and in-person communications. Directs and maintains website development, digital advertising, social media, branding, and public relations efforts. Tracks analytics across web, social, and campaign platforms. Leads content creation strategy and execution, including articles, press releases, newsletters, and video. Partners across departments to support strategic initiatives and employee engagement. Oversees marketing team members and supports their professional growth and success. Creates messaging for social media, website, and internal and external communications. Plans and executes company-wide events, trade shows, and fundraisers. Requirements:
Work Environment This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Job duties may require time spent in all areas of Threaded Fasteners, Inc. facilities or customer job sites including warehouse, manufacturing, active construction sites and more to capture content. Physical Demands This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing, and lifting of equipment may occur. This would require the ability to move marketing equipment, capture content in a variety of spaces and bend or stand on a stool, as necessary. Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30p.m. Travel Some travel is expected with this position Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or another relevant field. 5+ Years of experience in marketing or communications leadership roles. Preferred Education and Experience Experience in B2B industrial or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with employee-owned (ESOP) companies. Experience in internal communication, culture, and leadership message development.
