Effective communication, strong writing, research. leadership, initiative, time management, recordkeeping, data analysis, and technology skills. Build and maintain partnerships.
Education and Experience:
Accepted:
Bachelor’s in Social Science, Education, Communication, Humanities, or related field. Five years of experience working with the farmworker community or other advocacy experience.
Preferred:
Master’s in Social Science, Education, Communication, Humanities, or related field. Two years of experience working with the farmworker community or other advocacy organizations.
