What Youll Do:

The Community Engagement Coordinator builds and maintains a network of relationships with community organizations and agencies, nonprofits, faith communities, referral and trainingpartners,governmententities,funders,governmententitiesandlocalseniorcareprovidersin support of DWDs mission and its Dwyer Scholars.

Cultivate and manage relationships with community-based organizations, nonprofits, referral partners, and senior care providers.

Represent DWD at community events, resource fairs, and meetingsboth virtually and in person.

Act as a connector for Dwyer Scholars, identifying support services like childcare, health and wellness, and emergency assistance.

Plan and execute impactful engagement programs and activities.

Help identify funding sources and support grant development efforts.

Maintain accurate records and reports to measure success and impact.

• Who You Are:

• Ouridealcandidatewillhaveasuccessfultrackrecordinpartnershipdevelopment,partnerandproject management, event logistics, and communications, plus a genuine passion for helping those who lack opportunity and improving the lives of seniors.

A natural relationship-builder with

• 3+ years of experience
• in community engagement, outreach, senior services, or workforce development.

A strong communicator whos energized by public speaking and presenting.

Organized, adaptable, and motivated to make a difference every day.

Hold a

• Bachelors degree
• (or equivalent experience) in Public Affairs, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experienced with CRM tools like Salesforce (a plus!).Able and willing to travel throughout

• North Florida

• .Have a valid drivers license and regular access to a vehicle.
