⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Help Wanted – Guest Experience and Social Media Manager (Brevard County) Guest Experience Brevard compensation: $1000-$1500/month employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Guest Experience and Social Media Manager Join a growing short-term rental business here in Brevard County for a flexible, less-than-part-time (~15-20 hours/month) contract role! Be the heart of our guest experience and launch our properties’ social media presence to drive brand awareness and bookings. Must be local to Brevard County for on-site tasks.

Core Responsibilities:
Guest Experience:

Manage all guest communications responding to all inquiries within five minutes during reasonable hours. Coordinating maintenance requests with relevant parties (e.g., plumber, electrician, jacuzzi maintenance)

Social Media Management:

Curate content either through bulk shoots or generic content for ~15 posts/reels per month (every other day) and advise on strategies to grow our online presence. Respond to guest reviews Call each guest on arrival day (3-5 min/call) for a warm welcome. Conduct pre-arrival walkthroughs on check-in days, ensuring housekeeping is flawless and coaching cleaners on any discovered issues. Step in for simple fixes (e.g., empty a full trash bin overlooked by housekeeping). Deliver ordered experience packages (e.g., birthday balloons, s’mores kits) on arrival day. Pick up and restock consumables (e.g., toilet paper, coffee pots) when low; reimbursed with same-day receipt submission.

Additional Tasks:

Manage paperwork (e.g., licenses, Tourist Development Tax) on time. Attend occasional online vendor webinars to stay ahead of growth trends. Promote experience packages pre-arrival to drive sales (target 25% uptake).

Requirements:

People-pleaser with stellar hospitality and problem-solving skills. Social media expert (content creation/strategy); design skills a plus. Proficient with apps like Canva, CapCut, and messaging platforms. Able to craft engaging captions and hashtags to maximize post reach. Web design or programming skills (e.g., WordPress, HTML, SEO) a big plus. Excited to join a small, rapidly growing short-term rental portfolio in Florida. Reliable transportation for property visits and shopping in Brevard County. Familiarity with Brevard’s tourism or rental regulations a bonus. Passionate about launching our brand and flexing creative freedom!

Details:

Contract, $1,000/month to start, increasing to $1,500/month after 90-day evaluation. Competitive pay for minimal hours, with flexibility but fast responses and on-site visits required.
