The manager will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across digital and traditional marketing channels. This role is responsible for managing a team of campaign specialists and a marketing coordinator, driving campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with sales and business development goals. In addition, the manager will act within the values of All Star Healthcare Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned with sales goals; manage calendar for timely launches. Team Leadership
• Supervise and develop a small team; promote collaboration and accountability. HubSpot & CRM Management
• Build workflows, lead scoring, and automation in HubSpot; ensure Salesforce integration and attribution. Lead Nurturing
• Create workflows to engage prospects and support timely sales follow-up. Performance Optimization
• Track KPIs, run A/B tests, and report insights to improve campaign results. Database & Compliance
• Maintain data hygiene and compliance; grow segmented lists through inbound strategies. Collaboration & Training
• Align with sales, support internal teams, and provide HubSpot coaching.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience 5+ years of proven experience managing successful marketing campaigns in BSB and/or BSC environments, preferably within the healthcare industry 3+ years of team management and leadership experience Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub; certification a plus Healthcare staffing, or recruiting industry experience, is a strong plus Data-driven mindset with experience measuring ROI and optimizing campaign performance
