Salary:

$45,000-$55,000 per year We are seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to lead our efforts in building and nurturing meaningful, long-term relationships with our growing community — including patients, medical assistants, healthcare provider (HCP) teams, and other key audiences aligned with our mission. This in-person role is ideal for a proactive, people-focused communicator with a passion for fostering mission-driven communities. You will be responsible for community outreach, program management, and digital engagement to strengthen ties between our organization and those we serve. Key Responsibilities Community Building & Outreach Manage and grow relationships with patients, providers, and community groups. Plan and execute outreach programs, initiatives, and in-person events. Coordinate consistent and personalized engagement through social media, email, and other channels. Use independent judgment to manage event logistics and ensure successful program execution. Program Management Develop and oversee outreach calendars, activation plans, and communication strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to align program goals and execution. Gather and analyze community feedback to inform ongoing improvements. Social Media & Online Engagement Support social media presence with a focus on community interaction (DMs, comments, discussions). Monitor community sentiment and identify trends and engagement opportunities. Copywriting & Communication Write clear, thoughtful, brand-aligned content for email campaigns, event materials, community updates, and internal communications. Ensure tone and messaging are consistent across all formats (social, print, email, etc.). #ind123
